Meet the Artists and Artisans was nationally awarded for 2010 as the only CT Fine Art Show to be included in the 100 Best Fine Art Shows in the U.S.
Exhibitors chosen for their unique and original work from 17 states discuss, and demonstrate an exciting array of beautiful art and handcrafts. Featuring welded metal, wood, stone sculptures; Paintings, etchings, photography in all mediums; Continuous demonstrations of wooden wild bird carving; Mural, floral, still life, coastal scene, paintings on site; Caricature and portrait sketches; Wheel thrown pottery; Lamp worked glass, and jewelry assemblage.
Fine crafted furniture; Clothing for women, children, dolls, and teddies; Floral décor, table and household linens; Stained glass, blown glass vessels, vases, serving pieces; An exciting show with great musicians playing pedal harp in the bandstand, classical /flamenco guitar, jazz keyboard, double flute scattered through the show.
The Food court celebrates the return of Thai Taste, Grecian Delights, Boy Scout troop 1= breakfast and lunch. The 48 foot Peacemakers “Billboard of Bethlehem”, from the West Bank will be displayed. Presented by Bruce Barrett who also produced the award winning documentary film, which he will discuss with the public, offering a limited number of this production for sale.
