No region of the country has a higher concentration of art museums and artist resources than the Northeast. In fact, that's one of the greatest motivations for artists calling this region home. The area is also home to hundreds of great art and craft events. It would take a decade's worth of bi-monthly columns to do justice to all the area's shows and museums, so we're highlighting simply the best:
